Fostan is a women-only marketplace for buying and selling pre-owned occasion wear across the Gulf. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Fostan is an intermediary between buyer and seller — we don't own or inspect the dresses listed. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of her listing's description and photos; the buyer is responsible for reviewing the details before purchase.

The service is for adult women. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity on your account. We may suspend or close any account that violates these terms.

When you buy, the full order amount is held in the platform's escrow — it doesn't reach the seller immediately. The seller must ship within 72 hours of purchase, or the order is automatically cancelled and the buyer fully refunded.

After delivery, the buyer has 48 hours to confirm the dress arrived as described. If confirmed, or if no action is taken within that window, the amount (minus the platform commission) is automatically released to the seller's wallet.

The platform commission is a percentage of the dress's price, deducted from the seller when a sale completes; the current rate is shown at time of sale.

In-app amounts are points ("credits", roughly 1 credit = 1 USD) purchased by card through a licensed payment provider, or earned from sales. They can be spent in-app or withdrawn to a bank account (subject to a published minimum).

Counterfeit dresses, undisclosed damage, or any content violating local regulations are prohibited. Fostan may remove any listing that violates this without prior notice.

If a dress arrives materially different from its description, or never arrives, the buyer may open a dispute before confirming receipt. Our team reviews evidence from both sides and resolves in favor of the buyer, the seller, or a split.

Fostan isn't responsible for the quality of dresses listed by sellers, or for delays caused by third-party couriers. Our liability for any order is capped at that order's value.

We may update these terms from time to time; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including its E-Commerce Law.
