Name, phone number, email, city and address (for shipping), photos/details of the dresses you list, and the content of your in-app conversations with other buyers/sellers.

We never receive or store your card details — they're entered directly on our licensed payment provider's page (Moyasar), which is PCI-DSS compliant.

To run the marketplace (listing dresses, completing purchases, connecting buyer and seller), arrange shipping with our courier, prevent fraud, and improve the service.

Your address is only shared with the courier and whoever you're buying from or selling to (as needed to complete delivery). Payment details go directly to our licensed payment provider. We don't sell your data to third parties for marketing.

Your data is stored on encrypted servers with limited access. That said, no system is 100% secure — please use a strong password and never share it.

You may request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account entirely — contact us and we'll respond within a reasonable time, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law.

We only use what's needed to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences (like dark mode and language) — no third-party tracking ads.
